First access?If your getting your credentials for the first time, you also must revoke the provided credentials and create a new
MerchantIdandMerchantKey.
- Access the website Cielo and click on Login;
- Go to My Cielo Account with the EC number created, and click on Entrar;
- Click on E-commerce;
- In Gerenciamento de Credenciais click on Acessar;
- On the Credencial API tab, click on Revogar credencial:
If you want to revoke credentials from a different commercial establishment, click on Trocar estabelecimento and select the one you wish to revoke credentials from:
- Then select the expiration time of the current credential and click on Revogar credencial;
The available options are:
- Immediately: the new credential becomes valid as soon as the revocation is confirmed.
- In 1 hour: the current credential remains valid for 1 hour after the revocation.
- In 24 hours: the current credential remains valid for 24 hours after the revocation.
- In 3 days: the current credential remains valid for 3 days after the revocation.
- Insert the token that was sent to you via the Cielo management app or e-mail and click on Autenticar;
- Ready, your credential has been successfully revoked and a new credential is now available for you.
Copy and store your credentials in a safe place. You have 3 minutes to do this before the information is automatically closed for security reasons.
Warning
- If the merchant is connected to Gateway de Pagamento Braspag, it will not be necessary to update the credentials at Gateway Admin.
- If the merchant uses the credentials in another gateway (outside Cielo) or platform, the merchant must contact their service provider to update the credentials.
