Important notes about Antifraud status

  • Antifraude is triggered after the payment authorization flow with the issuing bank and card brand.
  • Payment methods eligible for Antifraude analysis: credit card, Click to Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Payment methods not eligible: boleto, Pix, QR Code, and debit cards authenticated by 3DS.
  • It is not possible to disable the Antifraude service or the automatic void of high-risk transactions.
  • For recurrences, only the first transaction is analyzed. Subsequent charges return value 9 and are not submitted to Antifraude.
  • High-risk transactions can be recovered through facial authentication, when the order is eligible for that service.
