**Payment processing failed**. Possible causes: incorrect data, request error, acquirer _timeout_, some instability in processing. In the case of a debit transaction, the shopper may have abandoned the purchase. |
| 1 | Authorized | All |
**Payment method ready to be captured or paid (boleto)**. For a boleto transaction, it means the boleto was generated successfully. For a card transaction, it means the issuing bank approved it. However, this does not mean the transaction was completed - for that, a second step is required, either capturing the transaction or completing the payment. |
| 2 | PaymentConfirmed | All | Payment confirmed and completed. |
| 3 | Denied | Credit and debit cards (electronic transfer) and e-wallets. |
**Payment denied by the authorizer**. Possible causes: insufficient limit, unpaid card bill, unavailable card brand, fraud block, among others. To find out the actual reason for the denial, you must check the return code generated during the transaction. |
| 10 | Voided | All, except boleto and Pix. |
