Action history

The Action History allows you to track changes made in E-commerce API Management.

Through this feature, you can view records related to settings, microservices, digital wallets, and other operations performed in the environment.

Important
The Action History does not display events related to the generation and management of credentials.
To view this information, access the history available in the Credentials area.

How to access

Select the desired merchant (EC);
In the top menu, click E-commerce;
Go to Gestão API E-commerce;
Click Histórico de ações.

View Actions

The list displays the actions performed in the environment, including:

Date and time
Responsible user
Performed operation
Request IP address

Use the Action List field to find specific records.

Recorded Information

Depending on the performed operation, the history may display additional details, such as:

Impacted products and microservices
Modified digital wallet
Modified microservice
Details of the performed operation

The Action history consolidates records from all functionalities in the E-commerce API Management, including configurations, credentials, microservices, and digital wallets.
