Transactions
In the Transactions tab, you can:
- Query transactions
- Capture transactions
- Void transactions
- Refund Pix transactions
When accessing the Cielo website, go to E-commerce > Transactions:
The list of the most recent transactions will be displayed:
You can now customize the transactions table! Click Customize table to select the information to display.
To display the available search filter options, click Filters:
To view more details about a transaction, click the arrow at the end of the transaction row:
When viewing the transaction details, you can Void or Capture it and access General Data, Antifraude, and History.
In General Data, you can query the transaction, payment, shopper, and recurrence details (if available):
In Antifraude, you can query the analysis details, the review, and the complete analysis history.
To view more details about the reason for the analysis result, score, and factor code, click the question mark icon next to the fields.
In History, you can query the complete transaction history.
