Void a credit card payment.

Void is a feature that allows the merchant to refund a purchase order. The void may occur due to insufficient stock or the shopper's withdrawal, among other reasons.

In the Gateway de Pagamento, it is possible to request a void for debit and credit cards.

Partial void

Partial void is the act of voiding an amount less than the total amount that was authorized and captured.

For credit cards, this type of void can occur multiple times until the total transaction amount is voided.

For debit cards, only one partial void is allowed.

It is possible to void transactions individually via the API or in batch via the e-commerce portal. Learn more at:

• Cancelamento em lote: until 11:59 PM on the day the transaction is created;
• Estorno em lote: from the day after the transaction is created.
