Orders (pedidos)

This tab presents a list of transactions carried out at Cielo Checkout or Link de Pagamento. Here you can search for a specific order as follows:

• By filling in one of the possible filters: start and end date, minimum and maximum order value, boleto expiration date, transaction identifier, order number, boleto number, shopper CPF or CNPJ or shopper name;
• Selecting the desired payment method: you can enable or disable the payment method;

The search result will be a list of transactions that can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.

Orders list

Order searches are limited to up to 6 months in the past. When opening the Pedidos tab, you will automatically see the minimum possible date of 6 months ago.

If you enter a date earlier than allowed, the system will display an error message.
