Prerequisites for integration

Checkout Cielo has a list of basic requirements for the integration process to be successful. Below we list points that must be ready before integration:

1. The merchant's registration must be active with Cielo;
2. It is necessary to define an appropriate timeout in HTTP requests to Cielo. We recommend 30 seconds;
3. The Root certificate of the certification body (CA) of our Web Service must be registered. See the Extended Validation Certificate section for more information;
4. We recommend using the Chrome and Edge browsers for the web and Safari, Chrome and Samsung Internet for mobile, all always in their most up-to-date versions.
