About Link de Pagamento

Link de Pagamento Cielo allows you to send a payment link for an order to your customers via social media or the channel you prefer. When opening the payment link, the shopper will see a personalized page with your store's logo and payment options.

You can sell different types of products:

• Physical asset: any physical product that requires delivery via shipping, such as clothing, electronics, cosmetics, furniture, etc.;
• Digital: any digital product that does not require shipping, such as media or online games, software, etc.;
• Service: any service that does not require delivery via shipping, such as maintenance and delivery services or dental consultations, among others;
• Payment: single payments;
• Recurrence: sales that are repeated within a certain periodicity, such as gym memberships or language classes.

Who can use the Payment Link?

Any store that wants to sell online can create a payment link and share this link on social media. You don't need to have an e-commerce to use Link de Pagamento.

How to create a Payment Link?

You can create a Payment Link in three ways:

• On the Cielo website;
• In the Cielo Gestão app;
• Through the Payment Link API.

How to create a recurring Payment Link?

You can generate a recurring Payment Link in the same way as a regular Payment Link, simply by selecting the Recorrência option in the Tipo de Produtos on the Cielo website.

You can also generate a recurring Payment Link using the Payment Link API.

A recurring transaction is different from an installment transaction. In a recurring transaction, the shopper's credit card limit is compromised by the subscription amount for the chosen period, i.e., if it is monthly, only the monthly fee will be charged to the shopper's card.

• Insurance subscription for R$100.00 and charged monthly for one year: R$100.00 will be charged per month.

In an installment transaction, the total value of the sale will affect the buyer's credit card limit:

• Sale of a refrigerator for R$2,000.00 paid in 10 installments of R$200.00: the total purchase value (R$2,000.00) – will affect the buyer's credit card limit, but only R$200.00 per month will be charged on the invoice.

How to share the Payment Link?

You can share the Payment Link via WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other channel you prefer. There are three ways to share the Payment Link:

• Make the Payment Link link available;
• Create an HTML button to place on web pages (generated only by the Cielo Site);
• Create a QR Code for the Payment Link (generated only by the Cielo Site).
