Get orders

  1. In the Cielo Gestão app, access the Link de Pagamento icon;
  2. Under Últimos links ativos, click Ver todos os links gerados:
  1. In the list of links, select the one you want to consult;
  2. Under Pedidos realizados you will see the orders placed using this link. Click on the order to see more details:
  1. In Detalhes do pedido you can check information such as payment status, fraud analysis indication, among others. For more details about this order, check via the Cielo website:
