Create a payment link via the Cielo Gestão App
Create a payment link in the logged-in area of the Cielo App and share it with your customers via WhatsApp, email or social media.
Access the Cielo Gestão app
Download or update the Cielo Gestão app from your cell phone's app store and log into your account:
Check the logged in establishment
At the top of the app, check that the establishment number selected is in fact the establishment that is enabled for the payment link.
Create payment link
Click on the Link de Pagamento icon on the home screen, and then click on Criar novo link. Fill in the required fields for the desired product type and click on Gerar:
Attention
- If the type of product is physical asset, it is required to register the type of shipping;
- The
SoftDescriptorfield allows the store to insert a message that will be displayed on the shopper's credit card statement. This functionality is recommended for stores that have a very different name in relation to their corporate name;- The message included in the
SoftDescriptorfield must be limited to 13 letters and cannot contain spaces.- The
Order Numberfield allows the store to register an internal order number (generated by the store management system) in link de pagamento, so that sales made through this link are related to this number. The order number must follow the standards required by Cielo, which are:
- Minimum size: 1;
- Maximum size: 20;
- Allowed: letters (a-z, A-Z) and numbers (0-9);
- Not allowed: symbols and special characters, including white spaces;
- Do not repeat in less than 24 (twenty-four) hours.

Share the payment link
After filling in the fields and generating a link, a summary screen will appear with the generated payment link, and buttons for easy sharing.
