What is a multi-benefit card?

Multi-benefit cards are a new payment method that combines meal allowance, food, culture, and transportation benefits into a single card. Now, this type of card has a specific option at checkout, ensuring that the purchase is made properly and is compatible with this payment method.

Accepted brands

• Visa;
• Mastercard;
• Elo.

To enable the multi-benefit card payment method, please contact your account manager.

How to enable

After enabling the Multibenefit Card, configure the merchant to make this payment method available at Checkout or Payment Link.

1. Contact your commercial manager to request the product activation with Cielo;
2. Access the Cielo website;
3. Go to E-commerce > My links;
4. Click on Settings > Store settings;
5. In Meus meios de pagamento ativos, select the MultiBenefícios option for the desired brand;
6. Click Save.
