Reports

In this tab you can generate the following types of reports:

• Financial report;
• Detailed sales report;
• List of shoppers;
• Billing Statement;
• Recurrence Report;
• Recurrence requests.

Financial report

This report presents sales paid over a period of up to 90 days separated by payment method. Select the period and payment type and click Buscar.

Detailed sales report

This report presents detailed information about each sale (orders with Paid status), such as the value of each order and data about the product and the shopper.

ℹ️

Orders placed in Test Mode are not shown in this report, even if they have a Paid status.

Shopper list

The customer list generates an Excel file with data on customers who made purchases in your store.

The data presented are:

Billing statement

The list of the amount charged for the services offered by Cielo will be presented in this report, if there is any charge separately from the fee for your establishment. All plan data and transactional costs will be presented here:

Recurrence Report

In this report you can search the recurrence set and its transactions based on their ID or by Status and Recurrence Interval.

When clicking on + the Detalhes da Recorrência (recurrence details) screen will open:

Recurrence Details inform the cart and history of scheduled transactions. Click +Detalhes to view the Order details screen (see tab Orders)

The retailer can change recurrence data in Recurrence Reports. Check which data can be changed:

• Interval: execution interval;
• Recurrence day: day of execution of the recurring transaction;
• Date of next charge: date on which the next charge will be made, following the configured interval setting and the day of recurrence;
• Recurrence value: value of the recurring charge on the shopper's card;
• Recurrence end date: date on which the recurrence is deactivated.

These changes can also be made via API.
