Capture and cancel transactions

Capture authorized amounts or void transactions directly from the order details.

How to access

1. Go to the Cielo Website;
2. In the main menu, click E-commerce;
3. Select Link de Pagamento;
4. Click the Pedidos tab;
5. Select the desired order.

The available actions may vary according to the transaction status.

Capture transactions

The capture confirms the charge of an authorized transaction with captura posterior.

To start the capture:

1. On the transaction details page, click Capturar.

2. Select the capture type:
   • Capture total amount, to capture the full transaction amount;
   • Capture partial amount, to capture only part of the authorized amount.

Capture total amount

1. Select Capturar valor total;
2. Click Capturar transaçã;
3. Enter the security code sent to the registered e-mail;
4. Click Validar.

After confirmation, the transaction status will be updated to Pago.

Capture partial amount

1. Select Capturar valor parcial;
2. Enter the amount you want to capture;

3. Click Capturar transação;
4. Enter the security code sent to the registered e-mail;
5. Click Validar.

After confirmation, the entered amount will be captured.

Void authorized transaction

You can void an authorized transaction that has not yet been captured.

To void the transaction:

1. On the transaction details page, click Cancelar.

2. Read the displayed information and click Cancelar to confirm the operation.

3. Enter the security code sent to the registered e-mail;
4. Click Validar.

After confirmation, the transaction status will be updated to Cancelado.

Void transaction

The void action allows requesting a full refund for a captured transaction.

To void the transaction:

1. On the transaction details page, click Cancelar.

2. Read the displayed information and click Cancelar to confirm the operation.

3. Enter the security code sent to the registered e-mail;
4. Click Validar.

After confirmation, the transaction status will be updated to Cancelado.
