Accreditation on the Cielo website - hire our solutions

You can sign up for Cielo solutions quickly and easily, without additional support. Check out the step-by-step guide on how to get accredited.

Important

Self-accreditation is only available to customers who do not yet have e-commerce solutions contracted with Cielo.

  1. Access the Cielo website, click on E-commerce, and select the API E-commerce option.
  1. Click on Contratar agora start the accreditation process.

If you prefer, click on Contrate com especialista, fill out the form, and wait for a sales manager to contact you.

  1. Enter your CPF or CNPJ, accept the terms and conditions of use of the Cielo website, and click Continuar.
  1. Enter a mobile number with area code (DDD) and click Continuar.

From this stage onwards, you can check rates and use the sales simulator.

  1. Enter your email address and click Continuar.
  1. Select the business profile, enter your website URL, and click Continuar.
  1. Create a six-digit password, following the criteria displayed on the screen.
  1. Perform biometric facial validation via the link sent by SMS to the number provided. The link expires in 30 seconds. After taking the selfie, return to the page to complete the accreditation process.

If you do not receive the SMS, click Reenviar link after the countdown ends.

  1. Access the link received via SMS and complete the facial recognition.
  1. After completing the accreditation process, a message will appear asking you to wait for access to be granted. Please remain on this page.
  1. Next, the welcome screen will display with the option to complete the registration.
  • When you click on Complete registration, you will be directed to enter your bank details, address, and other additional information;
  • When you click on Back, you will be directed to the logged-in area.
