The API E-commerce Cielo allows merchants to accept Alelo voucher payments in their online store.

To process an Alelo card payment via the API E-commerce Cielo, use the same request format as for a debit card transaction.

In addition, the following parameters need to be configured:

• Payment.Authenticate must be set to "false" or not sent;
• DebitCard.Brand must be sent as "Elo".

How to enable the Alelo voucher

In order for the merchant (EC) to be able to accept payments with an Alelo voucher via the API E-commerce Cielo, this functionality must be previously enabled. Enabling must be requested directly from Cielo support and Alelo.
